This training course is designed to raise awareness among employees on the importance of physical exercise and its daily practice. It will allow participants to understand the importance of the abdominal wall.
More than simple learning exercises, this training course teaches participants a state of mind and a preventive approach by understanding and contracting essential muscles (abdominal wall, paravertebral muscles, etc.) and by adopting automatisms to reduce back problems, work accidents and occupational diseases.
We set up a 5-minute warm-up to carry out at the beginning of each work day.

Suitable for all
The sports instructor (trainer) approves each exercise (muscle strengthening, stretching and warm-up) of the 10 participants. Participants will keep in touch with the trained referent to check warm-up exercises at work.
